Mariela, I don’t understand the comment. You hired a company to do your website?

Good morning, I have my website running for a while and received great comments on it and while I do get my own clients to search on it and subscribe to it i don’t believe i get enough traffic to the website for new leads. Has anyone had any good experience by advertising your website on facebook? thank you.

      Hi Orlando Good evening,

I am in the process this week of working with a real estate website developer. I am aware that IDX integration with MLS, email capture and property search are all very important aspects of having a website of your own. How ever my question remains in the realm of content. What type of unique content should be being integrated into the website to best market my own brand and my own services and not just mindless property search tabs, new construction tabs and exclusive listing tabs. People will read very specific defined and short content, what should this content be? whilst also keeping in mind not to put forth too much content which can become over kill which no one will read?

I think Real Estate websites are completely saturated how do you create one that is unique.. I guess this is a rhetorical “million dollar” question, with Kafka Franz, Zilber, Realtor.com, and many others that monopolize the market.

Is it even an essential part anymore to become a Top Producer to definitely have your own website besides the one linked to your company that just has your bio?

The uniqueness of the website comes from its content, not from the design. Once you understand your client, his needs and wants it becomes easy to create the content and no other website can compete with that. IT’S ALL ABOUT YOUR CONTENT…

The answer to your second questions is YES, you need a website that provides value to your client, on session #7 (April 21st) I’ll will go very deep on what a website should have.

Good websites are not about search engines, clients can find that anywhere on the internet. What clients can’f find is good content relevant to them. What is in your client’s mind, what information can guide them to make a more informed decision, what is VALUABLE INFORMATION to your clients?

I’m an agent associated with a broker, and I have a website that my company provides to their agents.
The question is whether you would recommend me to make my own website?
If the answer is yes, what would you say are the advantages of having my own website, and with whom you recommend to do it?

      Many thanks,
      Thais Lopez

You should always have your own websites, the advantages are many.

      1. You can customize your site to fit your own needs
      2. You can customize your site to fit the needs of your clients (Not everybody has the same clients, therefore, not every site should the same)
      3. You never know what might happen in the future, you might have a better opportunity with another company, move to a different state or simple want to go on your own, you want to make the transition as easy as possible, having your site hosted by your broker is not the ideal way to build what of the most important aspects in your business.

You can call our offices at 305.305.5965, one of our team members can guide you in the right direction if you want to build your own site.

What language we should use to post on your social networks? In my case, my market is basically focused on the market of Latinos; Would you recommend me to do it in both, English and Spanish languages, or only in Spanish?

If your client’s primary language is Spanish you should create content in Spanish only. Remember, concentrate in one market at a time.

      Great question!!!
