LESSON/PRINCIPLE
Value is the second principle of our coaching program. The more value you bring to the marketplace, the more money you will make. And if you desire to earn so much more, you can check out sites such as 겜블시티.
Why is it that many people are paid only $10.00 an hour for the work they do? Unfortunately, it’s because they are not determined to be very valuable to the marketplace. It is, simply, reality.
Why does the average real estate agent earn a little more than $26,000 in a year while other agents earn over a million dollars a year? It’s because the high earners are perceived to be more valuable to the marketplace.
Now, here is the key, you don’t have to stay at $10-$12-$14 an hour. Is it possible to become twice as valuable to the marketplace, earning twice as much money? The answer is, “yes.” Is it possible to become more valuable and make 15-20 times more than the average real estate agent makes? The answer is “Yes, is it possible!”
That is what makes the United States so unique. All you have to do to earn more is to become more valuable.

Jim Rohn talks eloquently about VALUE and how to increase value which applies perfectly to the real estate industry. He said, “In order to increase value you must be willing to work harder on yourself than on your job.” Most agents wait and hope for the economy to change, for the client to change, for their real estate broker to change.
However, when you work on yourself, your knowledge of the market, your communication skills, if you become better every day at prospecting, pre-qualifying, following up, presenting, handling objections, closing, creating a better product, positioning yourself, and building a platform every day, it is inevitable that you will become much more valuable.
