Les, you will find in the the last video in the pre-qualifying section of the on-line platform, here is the link:
orlandoKeymasterKirsten this is a great site https://www.narrpr.com/ I use it a lot. Set aside about 1 hour to really get to know the site, it is a very powerful tool for you and your clients.
orlandoKeymasterYes, those are good places to meet connectors, but remember the key to success with connectors is nurturing the relationship in a consistent basis.
orlandoKeymasterorlandoKeymasterWRITE DOWN THE 3-5 THINGS YOU LEARNED FROM MODULE #3
orlandoKeymasterYes, Ivette, we have a team that can assist you in the process of creating your website. Will cover the website topic on April 21st, 2015 (session#6)

orlandoKeymasterThe uniqueness of the website comes from its content, not from the design. Once you understand your client, his needs and wants it becomes easy to create the content and no other website can compete with that. IT’S ALL ABOUT YOUR CONTENT…
The answer to your second questions is YES, you need a website that provides value to your client, on session #7 (April 21st) I’ll will go very deep on what a website should have.
Good websites are not about search engines, clients can find that anywhere on the internet. What clients can’f find is good content relevant to them. What is in your client’s mind, what information can guide them to make a more informed decision, what is VALUABLE INFORMATION to your clients?
orlandoKeymasterWith connectors is not about quantity but quality. You should not send more than one weekly e-mail to connectors. I found that having lunch or coffee (face to face interaction) with them every other week yields the highest result. Most of us don’t have more than 5 really good connectors so establishing a close relationship with them and keeping in touch is not difficult.
Remember, people do business with people the trust and SEE REGULARLY. You are right, your connectors know other agents. However the questions is….Who is building a stronger and closer relationship you or the other agents? Fortunately for you, most agents won’t take the time to consistently meet with connectors. They lack the discipline to keep in touch.
Now you have the advantage. Make it a point to meet, in person, with one connector every week. If you have 4 connectors you will get a face to face interaction every month. That is much more than most agents will do.
orlandoKeymasterThe trust model will hep you understand the concept of selling to many at the same time instead of 1 to 1.

Also Blue Print #2 is very good for your question: https://montielorganization.com/topic/4-blue-print-2/
Great questions, that’s the way to think, as an entrepreneur, not just a real estate agent.
orlandoKeymasterDoris, strange……you can’t see anything, we will take a look at it.
Either way, follow-up is very simple and this is the shortest module in the entire platform.
Follow up is not complicated, you either follow up or you don’t. Some people use CRM’s most agents don’t. Follow up has more to do with discipline and organization than a particular technique.
I’ll create a video to answer this question for you next week.
orlandoKeymasterUsually, you will meet top agents and brokers at pre-construction events/parties, most are agents working with buyers, not listing agents but it can help you develop relationships with important people in our community.
You can also frequent broker’s open on Tuesdays, you will, not only, have the change to interact with top agents but also get to know the available inventory.

orlandoKeymasterGreat question. Explain to the client the importance, for him, of you knowing the answer to the 5 key questions. You only have a few minutes to identify if the person is a true buyer and to make a great impression.
Remember the quality of your business depends on the quality of your conversation with your clients and the quality of your conversations depends on the questions you ask.
Ask the What, Where, Why, When, and the How Much. The key is to ask the questions in a conversational tone….. Is all about the client and identifying his needs, wants and possibilities
Watch this video, it will clarify what I am explaining https://montielorganization.com/topic/2-2-5-key-questions/
