orlandoKeymasterHi Robert, good question. The more specific the better you can help your clients. So break it down into homes, town homes, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Imagine how impressed you client will be if you talk to him in those terms?
orlandoKeymasterEduardo, this is a very common question. As a matter of fact, most agents believe they don’t have enough contacts. Usually the opposite is true. You must first start by creating a list of the people you know.
It takes time so take your time to analyze your list, all the people you know. It will take you up to 2 weeks to identify who you primary audience will be, but if you get it right you will have the starting point of a great business.

orlandoKeymasterJoe the copy on the postcard is critical if you want your clients to take action. The text message is a good strategy. Again the key is the “hook” your “offer” . The title must be compelling. It shouldn’t be “Free Building Report” everybody offers that. Work on your copy as much as you work on getting the client.

Although you will be developing two markets, start with one, give it about a month and once you have the content then go for the second one.
